Terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026

Who we are

persecond is operated by Lana Lisovska, Lutsk, Ukraine. You can reach us at hello@persecond.video. Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record for every purchase — your receipt and card statement will show them.

What the service does

persecond generates video through third-party AI models and gives you tools around that: storyboards, character descriptions, series, editing of existing footage, and a record of what every generation cost. You buy a balance and spend it as you generate.

Your account

Paying and being charged

What you generate

You own the output you create, and you are responsible for it. The models we call are operated by third parties and their own terms apply to what is generated with them; the catalogue names which model produced each clip.

You may not use persecond to create:

We may suspend an account that does this. If we do, your unused balance is still refunded.

Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. The AI providers we depend on have outages, change their models and change their prices, and we pass those changes through. Prices shown in the app are always the current ones; a change never affects a generation already running.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can stop using persecond at any time and ask for your unused balance back. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will refund the unused balance when we do.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change applies to them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
