What we keep
- Your email and password. The password is stored only as a scrypt hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who gets hold of the database.
- Your balance and its history: top-ups, charges and refunds, with the model and the amount for each.
- What you generate: your prompts, the settings you chose, the characters and series you defined, and the resulting video files.
- Files you upload for editing, and the versions made from them.
We do not collect anything else, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Card details
We never see them. Payments go through Creem, who acts as the merchant of record and handles the card. We receive only the fact that a payment succeeded and for how much.
Who else sees your prompts
Generating video means sending your prompt and any reference images to the AI provider running the model you picked. There is no way around that — it is how the video gets made. The providers we use are:

Each of them has their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not use your prompts or videos to train anything.
Where it lives
On our servers, and in a Supabase database. Access is restricted per account: the database itself enforces that you can only read your own rows, not only our code.
How long we keep it
- Generated videos and projects: until you delete them, or until you close your account.
- Payment records: kept as long as tax rules require, which is normally several years.
- Everything else is deleted when you close your account.
Your rights
Write to hello@persecond.video and you can get a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account and its contents deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
One cookie, to keep you signed in. Nothing for advertising, nothing shared with third parties. Clearing it signs you out.
